What will you do?

• Represent the company for the sale of Sports Turf, Commercial mowing, Agricultural and Residential machinery
• Actively pursue new business opportunities whilst maintaining the current customer base.
• Maintain focus on company profit margins.
• Develop knowledge of financing options to assist customers
• Attend applicable sales training events/seminars
• Develop and keep informed on competitor activity within the region.

Requirements: 
• Previous sales experience ideally in a machinery dealership environment or,
• Practical experience in the Sports turf/ Commercial mowing or Agricultural sectors
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Suite, CRM and sales software systems
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to seek sales opportunities
• Professional presentation
• Tertiary qualifications highly regarded

About the Position

We are looking for a Warehouse professional who will be an integral part of our Dalby team.

This role is all about customer service and working with the team to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time!

Duties include but not limited to: 

• Efficient receipt and dispatch of goods
• Picking and packing orders
• Receiving and checking incoming stock against correct documentation
• Barcoding and applying identification tags to products
• Stocktake and Inventory Control
• Supply Service Technicians with correct parts
• Maintaining a high level of organisation and cleanliness within the stores
• General warehouse / stores duties
• Assistance on front counter when required

Requirements:

• Proven warehouse / stores experience
• Current and valid Forklift Licence
• Great customer service and professional presentation
• Administration and MS Office skills

Whilst it is not essential, Agricultural parts experience would be highly regarded.

About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Small Engine Mechanic to join our team at our Maclean branch in NSW.

Whilst this role is predominately on the tools, you will also have the opportunity to work in the Parts department.

What will you do?

  • Maintenance and repair of:
    • Full Stihl range of handheld petrol and electric machinery.
    • John Deere residential mowing equipment.
  • Assemble and pre-deliver new machinery (including small tractors).
  • Assist the Field Service Technicians when required.
  • Spare parts customer service
  • Delivery of parts

Requirements: 

  • Mechanical Trade Certificate
  • Previous repair experience with:
    • Electrical diagnosis and repair.
    • Two stroke and four stroke engines.
  • Diagnosis skills well regarded
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously in the field

Experience with John Deere or STIHL products would be an advantage but not essential

A varied and vital support role which will sees you responsible for two functions –

Trade Assistant – 

• Work alongside our Service Technicians as required with minor repairs, maintenance and diagnostics of a range of agricultural equipment.
• General tidy-up and maintenance of workshop
• Use of forklift
• Assist with pre-delivery set up and inspection of new equipment.

HR Driver –

• Loading and unloading of machinery safely
• Work safely within company and statutory WH&S requirements
• Maintaining a good standard of vehicle presentation
• Navigating efficiently throughout Caboolture and surrounding areas.

Requirements: 

• Mechanical aptitude with experience in a similar position
• Current and valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence
• Current and valid Forklift licence
• Strong work ethic and reliability with a great attitude
• Enthusiastic attitude towards safety and procedures.
• Willingness to be an integral part of the team and work autonomously when required.

Tilt tray operation experience preferred

  • Reliability, self-motivation and a willingness to work.
  • The ability to perform physical work in sometimes demanding conditions.
  • The commitment to attend TAFE and pass all practical and theory-based training requirements of an apprenticeship.
