Precision Ag Hardware (old)
GreenStar™ 1800 Display
The GreenStar 2 1800 Display might be small but it has a full colour display and capacity to easily toggle through multiple screens, giving you greater confidence and control when navigating paddocks and activities.
GreenStar™ 2630 Display
The GreenStar 3 2630 Display has features you want, like the capability to video, lock out operators and improved functions with touch screen control and 10 inch full colour display.
StarFire™ 6000 Receiver
Improve your bottom line with better accuracy, faster pull in times and ability to repeat signals in season with the StarFire™ 6000 Receiver.
We own and maintain RTK towers across the Dalby, Goondiwindi and Moree regions which reduces your costs and offers repeatable accuracy and greatly eases the management of controlled traffic, side banding of fertiliser, inter-row sowing and vertical and horizontal implement control.
If you are still running an earlier iTC receiver like this picture (which were manufactured 2004 to 2010) with SF2 or RTK signal level, the ability to transfer these activation’s to a later generation receiver (StarFire™ 3000 or 6000) ends June 2018! Please contact us to discuss your hardware upgrade options.
Easy to use GPS guidance and proof of placement for grass based farms. Easy to set-up and use to save you fertiliser, fuel and time with quality hardware that can be updated with regular upgrades.
Rate Control and Section Control is standard on our SP Sprayers and can be fitted to third party Self Propelled and Trailed sprayers. Our technology specialists can assist with fine tuning the settings to ensure the best performance of your sprayer application and optimise chemical inputs.
Not sure if your air cart, spreader or sprayer is compatible to take advantage of variable rate application – then talk to one of our Precision Ag team members to get a free quote on supply, installation and calibration. There are many makes of implements that can be converted to variable rate drive through the addition of hydraulic components and a GreenStar™ rate controller. Or want to investigate steering various types of implement in row crop or inter-row sowing applications – we can help with that too!
John Deere Distance Trip enables producers to move dirt based on distance. The most common tasks to fully utilise Distance Trip are:
• Creating headland furrows (“Rotobuck”) in furrow irrigation applications
• Marking the soil for fence posts or planting trees in an orchard
Distance trip is compatible with the hydraulics on most 8000 and all 8R/9R tractors and requires GreenStar™ common components, John Deere Distance Trip activation, application controller and harness and bracket.
A John Deere Distance Trip activation works with many of the different John Deere Ag Management Solutions (AMS) components that producers may already own such as:
• GreenStar™ 3 (GS3) 2630 Display
• GreenStar 2 (GS2) 2600 Display
• StarFire™ iTC Receiver
• StarFire ™ 3000 Receiver
• AutoTrac™ assisted steering system
iGrade™ allows single and dual slope grade designs to be implemented. This application automates the hydraulic commands of a scraper blade or bucket, making your water management practices hassle-free. The Distance Trip feature lets you engage the tractor’s hydraulics based on distance travelled – a real advantage when creating furrows in headlands or the vernacular creating Roto bucks or Roto bucking.
Take land forming a step further with the ability to handle multi plane requirements by combining the John Deere iGrade™ with TerraCutta from Precision Terrain Solutions (PTS). Chesterfield Australia has a range of solutions on offer, from the in-cab simple design and implementation through to complex analytical design tools.
